SCOTT KEELEY
Scott is a retired Veteran of the United States Army, where he served for 24 years and retired as a Colonel. Scott’s time in the military gave him the necessary skill set to become a trusted partner in your construction project. Scott is very detail oriented and works hard every day to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. Scott is extremely knowledgeable in all parts of the construction process and is a valued asset to Up Top Construction and our valued customers.

JUSTIN KEELEY
Justin is a graduate of Iowa State University. Justin started with Up Top Construction working with the roofing crew and has quickly adapted to all of the construction services we offer. Justin is very forward-thinking and is always looking for better & more efficient options for our construction services.
